Consumer Notice: These Terms set out the legal agreement between you and AppStudio Desk. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. The Publisher & Governing Law

This software is published and maintained by AppStudio Desk ("we", "us", "our"), based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: support@appstudiodesk.com.

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Nature of Software & Client-Side Operation

Our software utilities (including Chrome Extensions and Google Workspace Marketplace Add-ons) run predominantly or entirely client-side on your device. We do not operate external processing clouds that inspect, intercept, monetize, or harvest your private documents, tabs, or web traffic.

3. Fair Pricing & Refund Policy

All paid plans (Tier 1 Daily Utilities at £12/yr, Tier 2 Developer Tools at £19/yr, Tier 3 Pro at £29/yr, and Lifetime passes) are billed securely through Stripe and ExtensionPay. You may cancel recurring billing at any time in 1 click through the self-serve management portal.
